The Deanship of E-Learning at White Nile University is one of the key academic support units dedicated to enhancing the educational process through the effective use of modern technologies.
The Deanship aims to develop teaching and learning methodologies, improve the quality of academic outcomes, and provide an integrated digital learning environment that supports e-learning and blended learning. The Educational Programs Department is one of the core departments within the Deanship of E-Learning. It is responsible for planning, designing, and developing electronic educational programs and courses at the university, ensuring academic quality standards and keeping pace with recent developments in digital and blended learning.
The department works in close coordination with various colleges and faculty members to produce effective e-learning content that supports the educational process, enhances learning outcomes, and improves the student experience in e-learning and blended learning environments.
The Educational Programs Department aims to achieve the following objectives:
Manage and develop electronic educational content in accordance with approved academic standards and quality assurance requirements.
Design and produce electronic courses aligned with higher education requirements and digital transformation initiatives.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the university’s electronic curricula and programs in collaboration with different colleges.
Support and develop faculty members’ competencies in designing and developing electronic courses.
Provide academic and technical consultations related to e-learning content and ensure continuous quality monitoring and improvement.
The Electronic Examinations Department is one of the key departments within the Deanship of E-Learning. It is responsible for managing, organizing, and developing electronic examinations in accordance with academic regulations and quality standards, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and reliability in assessment processes.
The department works in coordination with colleges and faculty members to implement secure and efficient e-examination systems that support various assessment methods, enhance measurement of learning outcomes, and contribute to improving the overall quality of the educational process in e-learning and blended learning environments.
The Electronic Examinations Department aims to achieve the following objectives:
Plan, manage, and supervise electronic examinations in accordance with approved academic policies and regulations.
Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of electronic assessment systems.
Support faculty members in designing electronic exams aligned with course learning outcomes.
Provide technical and academic support related to electronic examinations before, during, and after exam periods.
Develop and improve electronic assessment tools in line with digital transformation and best practices in e-learning.
Analyze examination data and results to support continuous improvement of assessment processes.
